Mango yoghurt cake

The recipe is an improvised version of bhapa doi, which is a traditional Bengali dessert. I am sure my father would have loved it. He loved sweets a lot, especially if prepared by me.
Ingredients

100 gm digestive cookies grounded
50 gm melted butter
350 GM’s condensed milk
400 GM’s curd
1/2 tbsp vanilla (optional)
2 mangoes

Preparation

1. Line the cake mold with parchment paper
2.Mix the grounded biscuits with butter
3. Layer the mold with this mixture
4. Allow to chill for an hour
5.mix all ingredients together
6. Place the mold in a tray filled with water
7. Bake on water bath for 40 minutes at 200 degrees
8. When cooled chill for 2 hours
9. Unmold the cake and serve
