Cleaning of pea peels or empty pea pods
The pod of the green peas after removing the peas contains a hard scale like covering on the inner side which needs to be removed for getting the sweet tender flesh which can be fried as fritter or added in any vegetables or soups.

- 10 to12 pea pods peels
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 2 tbsp. corn flour
- 1/4 cup chickpea flour
- Salt to taste

- Clean the pea peels
- Make a batter of rice flour, corn flour and chickpea flour.
- Heat oil in the pan
- Dip the pea peels in the flour batter and deep fry.
