Creamy Cauliflower soup

This is a quick and easy recipe for the soup lovers without involving a run to the supermarket for the ingredients. It is healthy too. The soup just look delicious and creamy.

Ingredients

1.Cauliflower (1 small )
2.Garlic 4 to 5 cloves
3.Chilly flakes
4.Fresh cream (1 cup)
5.Thyme (optional) 2 tbsp.
6.Butter(2 tbsp.)

Preparation

1.Grate the florets
2.Boil the grated florets with 1 cup of water and salt.
3.Once it is tender ,drain the water and blend the grated florets in a mixture grinder to a creamy consistency.
4.In the wok add 1 tbsp. of butter and add crushed garlic.
5.Add the creamy paste.
6.Add cream and stir.
7.Cook for 2 minutes.
8.Add thyme and chili flakes and  stir.
9.Garnish with chili flakes and serve with bread.
