3 to 4 medium-sized oranges
2 cloves garlic crushed and minced
3 tsp Balsamic vinegar
1 handful parsley chopped finely
pinch of salt
3 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Peel the whole
oranges, removing the white part of the skin
Slice the oranges in thin slices.
Make a marinate mixture with olive oil, vinegar and crushed garlic together.
Crush the garlic clove.
Lay the orange slices decoratively on a serving plate.
Drizzle the marinate all over.
Sprinkle salt all over the oranges.
Sprinkle the salad with finely chopped parsley, .and serve immediately.
