Chiken battered fry with honey mustard sauce
This dish contains chicken fried in egg and flour batter and then dipped in honey mustard sauce.You can serve this dish in any party as starters or along with the main course as a side dish
1.Chicken boneless (200 gm) cut into small pieces
2.Whole wheat flour or refined flour(1 cup)
4.Salt as per taste
For the sauce
1.Mustard 1/2 cup(I had black mustard seeds ,you can use Dijon mustard powder)
2.Green chilies (1 optional)
4.Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
5.Soy sauce (1/2 tbsp) optional
6.Garlic (2 to 3 cloves)
7. Mayonnaise(2 tbsp)

1.Coat the chicken with egg and flour with little salt and mix with your hands.
2.May a semi dry mixture.
3.Deep fry the chicken pieces in oil in batches.
4.Grind together the ingredients of the sauce (Mustard,green chilies and garlic ) into a fine paste.
5.Add honey mayonnaise and lemon juice and mix.
5.Dip the chicken pieces in the sauce and serve them on a plate.
6.Alternatively you can drizzle the sauce on the fried chicken pieces and serve.
7.Sprinkle red chilly flakes and garnish with thyme or marjoram leaves and serve immediately
