Guava is very helpful for those who want to lose weight without compromising upon their diet . Guava is very high in roughage and rich in vitamins, proteins and minerals, but it has no cholesterol and a low number of digestible carbohydrates. It is a is very filling fruit and satisfies the appetite very easily.So today I share a recipe of Guava kiwi smoothie which contains no sugar by kiwi crush is added to improve the color and enhance the taste.

The following recipe makes two glasses

Ingredients1.Ripe guava
2.1 and 1/2 cup Club Soda
3.2 tbsps of Kiwi crush
4.Rock salt (as per taste)

Preparation1.Grind guava in a blender.
2.If the mixture is dry add soda and blend again.
3.Strain through a strainer
4.Add chilled club soda
5.Add kiwi crush and mix
6.Serve in glass.
