Ingredients

  • 250 gm chicken
  • 1 bowl of carrots par boiled
  • 1 cup broccoli par boiled
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into squares
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 cup celery stalks chopped small
  • purple cabbage shredded
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Thaw the chicken pieces and let it come to room temperature
  • heat butter on a skillet and fry onions
  • Add crushed garlic followed by celery stalks
  • Then add the vegetables with salt.
  • Then add the chicken with bone pieces
  • and let it cover cook
  • when the chicken becomes partially cooked add, boiled carrot and purple cabbage
  • Again, cover cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • The chicken will be super juicy and flavorful.
  • Sprinkle black pepper and serve.
