A couple of months ago I had done a collaboration with Indian millets co which is a team of Doctors, farmers and food enthusiasts who started promoting food grown through organic farming and millets in particular for better health and healing. I had received this beautiful pack of millets and this pretty bottle of groundnut oil. I had created a few recipes with the whole millet grains and decided to make these heavenly smelling brownies with the pack of fresh groundnut oil.
These are Brownies made with flour, cocoa powder and organic groundnut oil, no butter is needed. They smell great with flavors of groundnuts besides being fudgy and chocolaty. If you are allergic to groundnuts , you can use coconut oil as well.
