Fabsta Tomato ketchup Pasta with zucchini and peanuts

My daughter like any other kids of this generation loves fast food and pasta is a dish which is versatile and  can be customised as per our requirements. Fabsta’s Tomato ketchup is made from natural organic tomatoes and comes handy when you need to prepare pasta for
your kid in a jiffy instead of going through the process of boiling tomatoes from scratch and  puree them, can be used readily.
My daughter loved the delicious red sauce and I am sure every kid will love it.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Macaroni or shells
  • 1/2 cup zucchini chopped
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup Sun kissed tomato ketchup from Fabsta
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp. chili flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 to 3 basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup milk or fresh cream
  • 1/4 th cup chopped or shredded mozzarella

Preparation

  • Boil the pasta
  • Heat the wok and  add 1 tbsp. of oil
  • fry onions and grated garlic
  • Add the tomato ketchup  and mix
  • Add chili flakes, oregano and mix
  • Add milk and cheese and simmer in low flame till the sauce thicken
  • Tear the basil leaves with hand and add in the sauce
  • Add pasta followed by roasted peanuts and stir
  • Serve warm
