These are healthy gluten free pancakes great for any day breakfast or brunch or kids school lunch boxes. gluten free diet is great for your gut and . for people who are sensitive to ingredients and food allergies. Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of finger millet flour
  • 1/2 cup of pearl millet flour
  • 1/4 cup of chickpea flour
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 2 chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • Clarified butter for frying

Instructions

  • Heat the pan
  • Add clarified butter
  • Mix everything together with fork
  • Add a ladle of batter at a time
  • Fry till crispy on both sides
