This is a super quick recipe to satisfy hunger pangs. The crispy potato wedges are sauted in Chinese flavored sauce. Its a great appetiser to serve in any get-togethers and everyone including kids will love them.
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 potatoes
- 2 tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 2 green bell peppers finely chopped
- 2 onions cut in to big pieces
- 4 to 5 garlic finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce(optional)
- 1 cup cornflour
Preparation
- Cut the potatoes into wedges.
- marinate the potatoes with salt .
- Coat them with cornflour and deep fry till crispy.
- Heat a tbsp. of oil in the pan
- Fry onions till translucent
- Fry garlic
- Fry bell peppers
- Add soy sauce and oyster sauce and saute.
- Add the potatoes and stir lightly
- Sprinkle ground black pepper and
- garnish with chopped green chiies.
