- 1 cup finger millet
- 1 cup pearl millet
- 1/2 cup of chickpea flour
- 4 garlic chopped
- green chilies 3 to 4
- 3/4th cup of curd
- A handful of coriander leaves finely chopped.
- salt to taste
For frying
- 1⁄4 cup clarified butter or oil
Preparations
- Make a batter with all the ingredients combined
- Heat clarified butter in the pan
- Add 1 ladle of thick batter and spread
- Cover cook for 2 mins in low flame.
- Flip over and cook till crisp on both sides
