Millet pancakes gluten free

These are healthy filling snacks which you can serve with any ketchup or chutney of your choice.
Millets are good for gut health and said to improve  liver and kidney functioning.

Ingredients
For batter

  • 1 cup finger millet
  • 1 cup pearl millet
  • 1/2 cup of chickpea flour
  • 4 garlic chopped
  • green chilies 3 to 4
  • 3/4th cup of curd
  • A handful of coriander leaves finely chopped.
  • salt to taste

For frying

  • 1⁄4 cup clarified butter or oil

Preparations

  • Make a batter with all the ingredients combined
  • Heat clarified butter in the pan
  • Add 1 ladle of thick batter and spread
  • Cover cook for 2 mins in low flame.
  • Flip over and cook till crisp on both sides
