Mirchi ka salan(jalapenos in sesame and roasted peanuts paste)

This is a traditional dish which belongs to Hyderabad in India  (city of pearls) and is very close to my heart. After my marriage I stayed in Hyderabad for two years and the city is famous for its authentic Mughlai dishes .Other than  the famous Hyderabadi Biriyani, the city has tasty spicy vegetarian dishes.Mirchi Ka salan is one of them .
Hy husband is fond of spicy dishes, unlike me.So if you want to avoid the heat of hot peppers, make a vertical split with knife and take out all its seeds and soak them in water for sometime.Thats what I do..
