Everybody loves scrambled eggs. But scrambled chicken also makes a quick and healthy delicacy in few minutes. With just a few ingredients, its a quick recipe that kids and adults will love.

Ingredients

  1. 250 grams boneless Chicken cut into small pieces
  2. 2  Onions finely chopped
  3. 10 flakes Garlic finely chopped
  4. 1 inch Ginger finely chopped
  5. salt as per taste
  6. Green peas 1 cup
  7. milk 1/2 cup(optional)
  8. 5 to 6 Green chilies chopped

Instructions

  1. Grind the chicken roughly in a mixture grinder with all the ingredients except onions.
  2. Add 2 tbsp. of oil in a wok.
  3. Add the roughly minced chicken.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes
  5. Add a tbsp. of lemon juice and mix.
  6. Don’t make it very dry. If the mixture becomes very dry add some milk.
  7. Serve with Roti or tortillas or bread.
