Egg muffins with chicken


Recipe ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 to 5 garlic chopped
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • 1 bunch of coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan grated
  • 1 packet of Godrej Yummiez chicken lasooni tikka

Instructions

  • Fry the onions, garlic
  • cook the vegetables in oil
  • cool them
  • beat the eggs
  • add the vegetables in the eggs
  • pour into greased muffin cups
  • top with chicken lasooni tikka
  • add grated cheese
  • bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees in a preheated oven till the eggs are set.
  • serve with ketchup or toasted bread with butter
