Recipe ingredients
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 egg whites
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 to 5 garlic chopped
- 2 green chilies chopped
- 1 bunch of coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan grated
- 1 packet of Godrej Yummiez chicken lasooni tikka
Instructions
- Fry the onions, garlic
- cook the vegetables in oil
- cool them
- beat the eggs
- add the vegetables in the eggs
- pour into greased muffin cups
- top with chicken lasooni tikka
- add grated cheese
- bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees in a preheated oven till the eggs are set.
- serve with ketchup or toasted bread with butter
