Palak paratha or spinach paratha is a great way to integrate taste and health together in one dish.It is a wonderful way to include green in your kids diet specially when spinach is not favorite among the kids. These green color spinach paratha are very attractive to look at and they are wholesome and mouthwatering with a spicy Indian pickle or even with plain yoghurt dip.The addition of spinach which adds fibres to your meal is healthy but can make your bread little tough. To make it very soft and pliable I add fresh cream to the dough and no water. This makes the dough very soft and even if you cook the flatbreads without oil it will become soft from inside and crispy outside. It does not need additional oil or butter.
