You can use any kind of veggies which the kids like or you want to secretly hide and make them eat happily and above all they are eggless

Ingredients
- 200g (2 cups) – All purpose flour 1½ tsp – Baking powder
- ½ tsp – Baking soda
- 150 ml – Milk
- 100 ml- curd
- 125 ml – Oil
- Salt to taste.
- ½ cup – chopped capsicum
- ½ cup – chopped onion
- ½cup – corn
- (Any other veggie of your choice or
- Jalapeno, olives )
- 1 tsp -Oregano
- 1tsp -Chili flakes
- 100gm-Grated Cheese ( I used Processed cheese)
- 50gm- Pizza sauce
Method
- Mix curd, oil in bowl and the add baking powder and baking soda , salt to taste whisk.
- Then add all purpose flour portion by portion and whisk.
- Then add all the veggies and Oregon and chili flakes.
- Pour the batter in the cupcake mold and bake for 25-30 min or till its baked at 180°c (temp may vary on over make)
- After they are baked apply pizza sauce and cheese and bake till cheese melts.
- Kid would just gobble up
