Crispy Coconut Chicken fry
1.Chicken boneless or with bones(preferably legs and wings) 500gm
2.Lemon juice(1/2 cup).
3.All spice powder (2 tbsp)(mace,cinamon,black cardamom,green cardamom,nutmeg,cloves,black pepper,dried coconut)
4. Kashmiri Chilly powder (1 tbsp)
5.Ginger garlic paste (3 to 4 tbsp)
7.Salt(as per taste)
8.Rice flour(1 cup)
9.Dried dessicated coconut(1 cup)
1.Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except rice flour and dried dessicated coconut.
2.Mix rice flour and dried coconut with little salt.
3.Roll the chicken pieces in this mixture to coat.
4.You can refrigerate for 10 minutes and deep fry till coating turns golden brown and the chicken gets tender.
serve with coriander,chilly and garlic chutney.
