FILLET O FISH FRY

This is a very simple recipe which is appealed to all fish lovers.In kolkata it is a street snacks.You can definitely try this as starter or give it to your kids in the tiffin,or sandwich it between the breads or simply have it any time.The  mustard paste in the marinate add zing and spicy kick to the dish .My family loves these fries with traditional mustard sauce


 MAIN INGREDIENT

  1. BASA FISH FILLETS (100 GMS)
  2. egg(2)
  3. bread crumbs(2 cups)

MANIRATION
  1. kashmiri chilly powder (2 tbsps)
  2. LIME JuICE(1 LEMON)
  3. ginger garlic paste
  4. SALT(AS PER TASTE)
  5. Mustard seeds and   1 green chilly paste  (1 tbsp)
     
  PREPARATION

  1. cut THE FISH FILLETS into medium sized pieces.
  2. MARINATE THE FILLETS with the marination FOR 15 MINUTES.
  3. BEAT THE EGGS WITH A PINCH OF SALT.
  4. DIP THE FILLETS IN EGG AND ROLL IN BREAD CRUMBS.
  5. REFRIGERATE FOR 5 MINUTES.

  1. DEEP FRY IN OIL UNLESS AND UNTIL ITS COOKED THOROUGHLY.
  2. TAKE CARE NOT TO OVER COOK THE FRIES.
  3. ONCE  CRISP AND GOLDEN IN COLOUR TAKE OUT AND KEEP ASIDE.
  4. SERVE WITH CUCUMBER AND ONION SALAD AND MUSTARD SAUCE.
