This is  a traditional Indian dish in which I have added a few new spices .The technique is basically special. No oil is used in making this dish except for seasoning and it is cooked in a pot not in a wok .Spices you can vary depending on your personal choice. The curry will have a flavour from the oil.

Ingredients

1.Potatoes (4 to 5 chopped into square pieces)
2.Tomatoes (3 to 5 chopped)
3.Garlic (4 to 5 cloves finely chopped)

6.Salt as per taste
7.Sugar (as per taste )optional

2.Cover and cook for 15 minutes till the potatoes are soft and tomatoes have blended in the curry.
