Chicken bharta recipe step by step with pictures

Baingan bharta is a common Indian dish made with eggplants.So I tried chicken bharta the same way I cook grilled eggplants with eggs .I served it during the dinner with Mooli ka parathas.Every body enjoyed it.It is quick and easy to make recipe.

Ingredients

1.Boneless chicken 400 gms.
2.Onion 3 to 4 finely chopped
3.Tomato 2 chopped
4.Garlic 8 to 9 cloves
5.A bunch of finely chopped coriander leaves
6.2 tbsps of soya sauce
7.2 eggs beaten with a pinch of salt
8.2 tbsp of oil (olive oil or mustard oil)
9.lemon juice 1 tbsp
10.green chillies(2 to 3) finely chopped
11.red chilli powder(1 tbsp)

Preparation
1.Marinate the chicken for around 1 hour with lemon juice and garlic paste.
2.Broil or grill the chicken with the marinade.Shred the chicken into thin strips once it cools down
3.Heat oil in the wok.
4.Add some onions and tomato and fry for a few minutes
5.Add red chilli powder and soya sauce and saute.
6.Add the boneless chicken pieces and fry till oil leaves the sides of the pan.
7.Add the beaten egg and stir vigorously.
9.Then add the remaining chopped onions and green chillies.
10.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with tortillas and parathas.
