So how to use them?I made some spring rolls out of it and magic happened ! It was over within minutes from the time I started frying them.
But you don’t need leftovers always ,you can make this dish from freshly boiled or cooked noodles and serve as an wonderful starter.
Ingredients
1.Boiled or leftover noodles (2 to 3 cups)
2.Spring onions (finely chopped) (1/2 cup)
3.Carrot and cabbage julienne (1 cup)
4.Green chilies (2 finely chopped)
5.Black pepper(1 tbsp)
6.Chopped onions (1/2 cup)
7.Light soy sauce (1/2 tsp)
8.Red chilly sauce (1 tsp)
9.Tomato ketchup(1 tbsp)
10.Garlic (2 tbsp chopped)
for the wrap
1.Refined flour (1 and 1/2 cups)
2.Egg (1)
3.Oil (1 tbsp)
4.Salt (as per taste)
Preparation
Filling
1.Saute some garlic in the pan and add the veggies.
2.Add the soy ,chilly and tomato sauce.
3.Stir the noodles lightly.
4.Add spring onions and green chilies and mix and stir for 5 minutes
5.Take it of from the pan and add raw chopped onions.
Dough
1.Mix all the contents of the wrap and make a tight dough.
2.Flatten the dough thinly with a rolling pin and cut square shapes with the help of a cutter.
3.Add some filling to the centre of each square and roll and seal the edges.
4.If needed brush some egg near the edges to seal.
5.Refrigerate for an hour .
6.Deep fry in oil till brown.
