These are soft gluten free gooey chocolatey brownies crunchy with rich California walnuts
Dried Ingredients
- 1 cup sorghum flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup chopped California walnuts
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup curd
- 1 cup powdered brown sugar
- 1/4 cup roasted sesame oil (or any vegetable oil)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 200 ml milk
Preparation
- Strain the dried ingredients together
- mix the dried ingredients together
- mix the wet ingredients in a mixture grinder
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
- Pour the mixture in a greased mold lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil
- Top with chopped walnuts and hazelnuts
- Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius
- Cool, cut into squares and serve
