Chicken Pahadi and chicken tandoori meat balls

This can be the perfect starters for any party and the kids will love it too. Instead of making balls you can make kebabs also in the same process. This kebab platter is colorful and attractive. The platter includes two types of kebabs one is green and another red,I wanted to include white also but I ran out of chicken ,any ways next time will share.
The Pahadi (meaning Hills) kebab recipe originates from Uttaranchal which is adjacent to the Himalayas. This is a handy recipe as it does not include marination but in case you want to prepare it with chicken chunks you need to marinate it for 3 to 4 hours in refrigerator.
