What a wonderful collection of Vegan Bengali dishes. I love the masala that is made using poppy seeds, sesame seeds and nuts. Adds so much flavour and creaminess without the cream. Must try the alu torkari.

Superb collection Indrani dear though I am not much aware of Bangali cuisine but your Luchi tarkari recipe has taken me down to memory lane of my school days. My friend used to bring this in her tiffin and we all enjoyed along with began Bhaja. Will surely try this. Thanks for sharing.
