This is a light fluffy airy omlette which is quite popular in Europe. The egg whites and egg yolks are beaten separately with salt and cooked into an omelete. if you feel its little uncooked ,cover cook it for sometimes. The texture of the omelete is great and it just melts into your mouth.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp oil to drizzle
Preparations
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks
- Beat the egg whites till stiff peaks are formed
- Beat the egg yolks with salt
- Mix the whites and yolks gently.
- Grease a pan
- Pour the mixture
- Fold gently to form a semi circle
- Flip to cook the other side till light brown
- Serve with boiled vegetables.
