Preparation

1. First, whisk the pancake ingredients together thoroughly with water or milk until you form a thick, fluffy batter.
2. Next, allow the prepared batter to rest completely for 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Then, check the consistency and add a tiny splash of milk if the batter feels too thick.
4. Afterward, lightly grease a hot non-stick frying pan over low heat.
5. Subsequently, pour a small circular ladle of batter to form small, round pancakes.
6. Now, watch for bubbles to form on the surface; once they appear and the pancake doubles in thickness, flip it to cook the other side.
7. Following that, remove the golden pancakes from the heat and set them aside to cool.
8. **Meanwhile**, prepare your sweet chocolate filling by heating the cream and combining it with melted chocolate.
