I always loved the Christmas celebrations. When I was a child I used to wait for my father bring a fruity Christmas cake on 25th December  from the market which me and my brother will relish and eat the whole day. This Christmas wanted to make a chocolate cake with orange flavor because chocolate goes well with orange.Generally I use fresh fruit with cream in between the layers of sponge cake but this time I used orange cream biscuits .I had some biscuits stocked in my kitchen cupboard for my daughter’s short breaks .Besides I used one tbsp of vodka because that was available at home.I am quite lazy in going out and buying things from market, unusual for a woman…..I know :) You can use brandy or rum if available ,But Vodka also added wonderful flavors to the cake.It was yumm..
