Medium sized prawns baked on bed of potato wedges with coriander and garlic sauce
1.Prawns (Medium deveined 7 to 8)
2.Coriander or cilantro leaves(1 cup chopped)
3.Garlic cloves(7 to 8)
4.Green Chillies(2 to 3)
5.Potato 3 to 4 (Peeled and cut into wedges)
6.Chilli flakes(1 tbsp)
7.Salt as per taste
8.Mozzarella(1 cup grated)
1.Parboil the potato wedges with little salt
2.Grind the coriander leaves with chilly and garlic with salt
3.Preheat the oven for 5 mins at 200 degree Celsius
4.Add 2 tbsp of butter
5.Add the potatoes and spread them
6.Add the coriander paste over the potatoes and spread.
7.Add the Prawns on top of it
8.Add more coriander or cilantro sauce.
9.Top it with grated mozzarella and finish with chilly flakes.
10.Bake it at 150 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
11.Take out and serve hot with vegetable salad and garlic bread.
Prawns and potato platter in cilantro cheese sauce
- 7 to 8 Prawns Medium deveined
- 1 cup Coriander or cilantro leaves chopped

Sir,preheat time is 200 degrees while baking time is 150 degrees.Pre-heating means keeping the oven or microwave for heating for 5 mins before keeping the food for baking in the oven.So both the times are different.Thanks ,I will post more fish recipes
