White chocolate and strawberry balls

I wanted to make some cake pops and was checking out recipes on the net for the same.But when I came to know that I have to make a cake for that and crumble it ,I was taken aback.If I make a cake I will definitely love to have that as I am sure I will not  have any leftovers.SO instead of cake I settled for bread  balls flavored with strawberry and caramelized coconut.I was not sure how will it taste at the beginning but when the filling was made I became confident as it tasted awesome.We need the following ingredients for the dish.

Ingredients
1.Left over bread crumbled (2  to 3 cups)
2.Condensed milk (1/4th cup)
3.Whipped cream (2 to 3 tbsp)
4.Strawberry crush( 3 tbsp)
5.White chocolate (200 gms)
6.Coconut(1 cup)
7.Sugar (1/2 cup)
8.Sprinklers

Preparation

1.Crumble the leftover bread with hands
2.Add the ingredients Condensed milk ,whipped cream and strawberry crush into it.
3.The mixture will be a soft but thick mixture.
4.Now refrigerate this mixture  for an hour.
5.In a wok add sugar and caramelize it..If it tends to burn add little water.
6.Add coconut into the sugar and stir till the coconut is fully combined with the sugar and  mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
7.Add the bread mixture to this and mix it till it is like a dough.
8.Make ball of this mixture and keep aside.
9.Melt white chocolate over a double boiler.
10.Dip this bread coconut balls into this white chocolate and sprinkle the colored sprinklers over them.Refrigerate till served.
11.Your strawberry flavored bread coconut balls are ready to be served or packed as a gift for valentines day.
