MAIN INGREDIENT
- BASA FISH FILLETS (100 GMS)
- egg(2)
- bread crumbs(2 cups)
MANIRATION
- kashmiri chilly powder (2 tbsps)
- LIME JuICE(1 LEMON)
- ginger garlic paste
- SALT(AS PER TASTE)
- Mustard seeds and 1 green chilly paste (1 tbsp)
PREPARATION
- cut THE FISH FILLETS into medium sized pieces.
- MARINATE THE FILLETS with the marination FOR 15 MINUTES.
- BEAT THE EGGS WITH A PINCH OF SALT.
- DIP THE FILLETS IN EGG AND ROLL IN BREAD CRUMBS.
- REFRIGERATE FOR 5 MINUTES.
- DEEP FRY IN OIL UNLESS AND UNTIL ITS COOKED THOROUGHLY.
- TAKE CARE NOT TO OVER COOK THE FRIES.
- ONCE CRISP AND GOLDEN IN COLOUR TAKE OUT AND KEEP ASIDE.
- SERVE WITH CUCUMBER AND ONION SALAD AND MUSTARD SAUCE.
