So the below recipe is to combine taste with health benefits as I am going to serve Cilantro juice with Lemon Sorbet.
Ingredients for Lemon sorbet
1.Lemon juice 1 cup
2.Water 1 cup
3.Sugar 2 cups
Method
1.Boil water with the sugar until it dissolves
2.cool it to room temperature.
3.Add Lemon juice
4.Freeze in the freezer.
5.Take it out after half an hour when the mixture begins to crystallize.
6.Stir it thoroughly with a fork until it forms a smooth paste.
7.Refrigerate again.
8.Repeat the process for 3 to 4 hours.
Ingredients for parsley or cilantro juice
1.Cilantro(Dhania) or Coriander leaves (1 bunch)
2.Rock salt( as per taste)
Method
1.Grind the cilantro leaves together with water to form a smooth paste.
2. Strain the mixture to form a clean fluid.
3.Add some rock salt.
Serving
1.Add a scoop of lemon sorbet in the glass
2.All some cilantro juice on it and serve.
IT TASTES AMAZING 🙂
