Ingredients
Makarel (3 to 4)
4 to 5 Red Kashmiri Chilies
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Black Pepper 2 to 3 tbsp
Cinnamon sticks 1
Green Cardamom 2 to 3
Garlic Cloves 8 to 10
Tamarind pulp 1 cup soaked seedless
1 tbsp Sugar
Onion 1
ginger 1 inch
Vinegar 1 tbsp
green chillies 2 chopped
Tomato (1/2 chopped ) optional
Preparation
1.Grind the above ingredients into a wet paste and marinate the fishes for 2 to 3 hours.Stuff their stomach also with the spice mixture.
2.Tamarind will make the paste look dark in color
3.Brush them with any vegetable oil and grill them for 15 minutes at 170 degrees in a preheated oven.
