I make these corn filling canapes very often during small parties organized at my home or during my daughter’s birthday parties. They are a huge hit .some times I add the fillings to ready made shells brought at stores.During time constraints they are a great rescue..In this dish in addition to mozzarella cheese,I used cottage cheese for preparing the base. They add a creamy texture to the canapes.Apart from being tasty this dish also looks gorgeous and kids specially cant resist putting them  quickly into their mouth..You can increase the content of cheese and make cheese baskets also.Calorie conscious people can avoid cheese totally and use cottage cheese.
