This is a very flavorful snacks which you can prepare for any party. I prepared this recipe for an insta live and I loved the dish. It was sweet and sour, spicy and delectable. Heaven for seafood and pineapple lovers. The flavors are enhanced by the addition of grated coconut in the ingredient. The main ingredient is prawn here. You should take medium to large fresh prawns and wooden skewers to pass through for grilling them.

- 500 gm medium sized prawns
Spices
- 4 to 5 garlic cloves
- 2-inch ginger
- 2 to 3 green chilies
- 1 lemon grass stalk
- 3 slices of pineapple
- 1 lemon juiced.
- 1/2 cup dried grated coconut.
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp mixture of cinnamon, cloves and cardamom in equal quantities
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil or mustard oil
Vegetables
- Squared slices of pineapples
- Slices of onions
- square pieces of capsicum
- Cut tomatoes into big chunks
Preparations
- Make a mixture of all ingredients into a paste.
- Add lemon juice.
- Add salt.
- Marinate the prawns for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Marinate the vegetables also with these spices.
- Pass through the wooden skewers alternating prawns with vegetables.
- Drizzle with oil
- Grill at 170 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes
- Take out the skewers when the prawn and vegetables are tender and water has dried out.
- Char them directly on the flame.
- You can serve them with green chutney hot with raw onions on the side.
